About Taoyi
Taoyi's competitive journey began in July 2020 with ZK (ZHIKE), a Chinese PUBG team. His debut was at the PCL 2020 Summer tournament, a large-scale event with a significant prize pool of roughly $290,000 USD. He played alongside teammates Wen, DanQing, and GodZhu, though the team didn't place in the money. His early career with ZK spanned several months, with a total of roughly 35 matches played without any prize winnings. This early period laid the foundation for his future career, providing valuable experience in high-pressure competitive play.
After leaving ZK, Taoyi joined Dss (Dream Set Sail), another Chinese team, in 2023. With Dss, he has significantly increased his match count, playing around 110 matches. While he continues to compete at a high level and has shown improvements, he's yet to achieve a significant breakthrough win with this team either. His consistent participation, however, highlights his commitment to improving his skills and contributing to his team's success.
Throughout his career, Taoyi has participated in approximately four major PUBG tournaments. These include several PCL (PUBG Champions League) seasons, as well as the Tianming Cup Chu Zheng Sai Season 2. While his results haven't always been stellar, constantly competing against top-tier players has honed his skills and provided invaluable experience. His journey showcases the dedication and persistence required in the highly competitive world of professional PUBG.
