More and more big esports organizations decide to enter the fast-growing world of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds. This is not surprising, seeing that PUBG hits record numbers in concurrent players on Steam and that it starts to become a real esports discipline with some big tournaments and organizers, such as ESL. Ninjas in Pyjamas is no exception – recently the Swedish esports organization NiP announced that it signed a PUBG roster consisting of four players:
· Drew Jacob “Sweaterr” Miser (In-game leader)
· Stian “Borg” Stakset (Sniper)
· Karl Johan “Ekkz” Kallevk (Rifler)
· Adam Jeremiah “Crunch” Escobedo (Sniper)
Previously Sweater and Crunch were members of Cloud9 squad.
