PUBG Mobile ranked the second highest earning mobile game in January 2021


PUBG Mobile has experienced sustainable growth so far. Tencent’s game has become the second highest-earning mobile game in January 2021, according to the Sensor Tower report.

Battle Royale's gross revenue was over $ 259 million, up 26 percent from January 2020. Approximately 60 percent of the players spending was from the Chinese version of PUBG called Peacekeeper Elite.

The top-grossing mobile game was Honor of Kings, another title of Tencent, with $267.3 million in revenue, which represented approximately 22 percent growth in comparison with January 2020. The next top revenue-generating games were Fate/Grand Order from Aniplex and Genshin Impact by miHoyo.
