About Nexus
Nexus's professional journey began in 2016 with eXtreme Gamers (XG) at the LMS 2016 Spring tournament. He debuted alongside players like Yo, Wako, LBB, and Zest, competing against a pool of approximately 3600 players over the last year in various qualifiers and tournaments. Although XG finished 7th at LMS 2016 Spring, securing a share of the $1,500 prize pool from a total prize pool of $90,000, this early experience laid the foundation for his future career. His participation in the LMS 2016 Summer tournament, again with XG, further solidified his presence in the competitive landscape.
Throughout his career, Nexus has represented four teams: eXtreme Gamers (XG), Wayi Spider (WSpider), Kowloon Esports (KE), and currently Team LAST. His time with XG was the most extensive, spanning numerous matches and contributing significantly to his overall prize money earnings. While his stints with KE and Team LAST have been shorter, they demonstrate his adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges within the competitive League of Legends scene. His experiences across different teams have provided him with diverse gameplay strategies and perspectives.
Nexus has participated in at least six tournaments throughout his career, with recent appearances including the Pacific Challengers League 2023 (PCL 2023) and several LMS tournaments. While he hasn't always reached the top positions, his continued participation in high-level competitions highlights his commitment to the game. His experience at various tournaments, ranging from the early LMS events to more recent competitions, has provided valuable insights and broadened his understanding of the ever-evolving meta of League of Legends.
