HowLa's professional career began in August 2021 with Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Academy's team SHG.A, participating in the LJL 2021 Academy League. This initial experience provided him a platform to develop his skills alongside teammates such as Ricky (Riki Sameshima), Wasteland (Taiki Shimazaki), ankochan (Masaki Kawashima), and Charley (Ryugo Nishimura). While the team didn't secure any tournament victories during this period, it marked the beginning of his journey into competitive League of Legends. This early involvement in the academy league highlights his early commitment and potential.

Throughout his career, HowLa has represented two teams: SHG.A (Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Academy) and BCT (Burning Core Toyama). His time with SHG.A spanned from August 2021 to September 2023, encompassing roughly 40 matches. His subsequent involvement with BCT lasted from January 2024 to July 2024 and consisted of approximately 20 matches. While his time with both organizations didn't result in significant prize winnings, it provided invaluable experience in a competitive setting and contributed to his overall growth as a player.
