Riot Games plans to buff all true damage in League of Legends patch 15.3 (25.S1.3). Apparently, these changes are already being tested, as the information came from blogger Spideraxe, who explores PBE adjustments.
True Damage changes:
— All sources of true damage are increased by damage-amplifying effects now.
— Previously various sources of true damage were inconsistently amped.
— Still unaffected by debuffs.
— The only exceptions are pet and smite damage.
Patch 15.3 (25.S1.3) will come out on February 5. The developers will likely post the traditional preview next Tuesday, January 28, with first details about the upcoming changes.
Earlier Mel Medarda from the Arcane series was added to League of Legends. The champion is a mid lane mage with unique set of skills. She quickly became popular among the players and already got nerfed. We made a beginner guide to this character to learn how to play her. It's available at the link below.
