Riot Games has shared patch 13.11 details for League of Legends. They include Kalista, Renekton, and Twisted Fate buffs, along with nerfs to Jinx, Aurelion Sol and other champions. The list of changes was released on the developers' Twitter.
The game designers removed Kog'Maw's adjustments seen in the preview. Apparently, the changes have been delayed due to a lot of item balancing for AD сarries, which will also affect the champion.
The mentioned Rell update can be found here. Patch 13.11 continues balancing lots of item changes implemented in the previous update. It will come out on June 1, and as always, you can try these changes by yourself on the PBE servers.
