Riot Games released patch 13.1b for League of Legends. The developers changed the stats of 13 champions and some items. The update was released instead of patch 13.2 due to the hacker attack that happened earlier.

Spideraxe explained the confusion on Twitter, stating that the update should be treated as 13.2 and the next patch 13.3 would arrive on February 8 as planned.
