Hearthstone expansion Murder at Castle Nathria brings new Infuse ability and Locations card type

Blizzard released Patch 23.6 and announced Hearthstone expansion: Murder at Castle Nathria. With its release, the game will get 10 legendary minions for each class, a new keyword, Infuse, and a new card type, Locations.

According to the DLC story, Ser Denathrius invited friends and enemies to his castle to dispel rumors that he allegedly hides stocks of anima, a source of dark energy that powers the Shadowlands. However, the very next day after this, Denathrius was found dead. Players will have to help detective Murloc Holmes solve who committed the murder. The ten minions will serve as the suspects.

An Infuse card triggers an ability when the card is in hand. After a specific number of friendly minions die, it transforms into a new powerful version.

Locations can be played for an initial cost, and have an ability that can be activated for free on a player’s turn. Each activation costs 1 Durability and has a 1-turn Cooldown.

Murder at Castle Nathria will launch worldwide on August 2 with 135 new collectible cards. The event's standard and mega bundles are available for pre-purchase. All the players will also receive a free Prince Renathal Legendary minion upon logging in.

Patch 23.6 features battleground improvements, numerous gameplay changes, a new hero Lady Vashj, and other heroes' adjustments. The developers brought back Fire Festival and fixed several bugs. The full list of changes is available on the official website.
