Nigma Galaxy beats OG and qualifies for The International for first time in history

Nigma Galaxy defeated OG in the final of regional qualifiers for The International 2025. The series ended with a 2:1 score in favor of the Middle-Eastern team. They earned the final spot at the event.

This will be the first-ever TI for the organization. Created at the end of 2019, the team has always struggled to put out good results and never managed to go through The International qualifiers. At the end of 2024, they made several roster moves, including moving KuroKy to the coaching role. Right now, Maroun "GH" Merhej is the only remaining player from the classic team that won TI7.

Another Western European spot at TI14 was earned by NAVI Junior, who also beat OG. After the end of the qualifiers, the Ukrainian organization announced their promotion to the main roster. The existing main lineup failed to qualify from the EEU and will be disbanded.

The International 2025 will take place in Hamburg from September 4 to 14. The prize pool will be split among the 16 teams. At this point, all the participants of the event have been determined. You can see the full list at the link below.
