16-year-old Niku from NAVI Junior: "I compare myself to SumaiL more than to Satanic"

NAVI Junior midlaner Artem "Niku" Bachkur gave an interview at PGL Wallachia S4. He spoke about the team development and his own progress. When asked what he thinks about the comparison to Alan "Satanic" Gallyamov, he responded that he would prefer Syed "SumaiL" Hassan.

I don't know, don't really care. Satanic and me, we are different players: He is position 1, I'm position 2. I like SumaiL more. He was already winning TI at my age. I compare myself to SumaiL more than Satanic"

He explained what was the reaction to their disqualification from the ESL One Raleigh qualifier. The midlaner claimed they weren't stressed but gained confidence by going through the tough bracket.

It was not a big deal for me. It meant a lot that we qualified because we realized that we were very strong and could make it. That Smoke bug didn't give us much. We just gained confidence, and as you can see, we're here, after one qualifier. <...> We're confident, we know our heroes, our meta. We know we can beat any team and lose to any team.

Niku also said they would like to finish in the top 2 of the event, although he wasn't completely serious about that prediction. PGL Wallachia S4 started poorly for NAVI Junior. They have already lost two series and are one match away from elimination. Their next opponent will be determined at the end of day 2.
