The Dota 2 Asia Championships series of tournaments may resume after seven years. The event will reportedly take place before TI14. This was rumored by Russian Dota 2 player Roman "RAMZES" Kushnarev. He shared this on stream, talking to a guest.

Every DAC was organized by Perfect World. It was first established in 2015 and was considered the most prominent event after The International. The tournament even had its own Compendium in Dota 2.
