Team Spirit carry Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk fell victim to a Roshan bug that has been haunting Dota 2 servers since the release of the current patch. In the match against Team Falcons in the ESL One Raleigh 2025, his hero was thrown out of the Roshpit twice and didn't get an easy Aegis.
In the 30th minute of the match, Spirit lost a fight and scattered away from Roshpit, followed by the opponents. Yatoro tried to at least kill the monster, which moved to the bottom lair. However, Roshan didn't enter the pit but grabbed the carry and threw him out of the lair, twice in a row. After that, Falcons grabbed the item, killed Yatoro, and soon won the game.
This bug triggers when Roshan receives damage while approaching the pit. Fans mentioned the glitch on Reddit several times before that happened. According to Spirit's analyst sikle, the bug has existed since the release of the patch 7.38. Earlier, qojqva encountered it on stream.
Luckily, Team Spirit managed to win two remaining games, so it didn't make the crucial difference in the series. In the next match, they will face Tundra. Falcons dropped down to the lower bracket. Their next opponent will be BetBoom Team or Nigma Galaxy
