Mosquito Clan defends Parker, who fell asleep during game against OG

Peruvian carry David "Parker" Nicho Flores fell asleep during the draft of the game against OG. He was standing in for Mosquito Clan mix at FISSURE Special. Despite the technical loss, the team's representative Khaled "sQreen" El-Khabbash asked the fans not to blame the player.

To stop upcoming Parker memes, I would like to comment on the matter:

First of all, I want to thank Parker for responding at such a late time and playing with us as a substitute.

Second, at the start of the game, it was around 5:00 AM in Peru, and Parker wasn't prepared for a whole night of playing. So it happened that he didn't find the energy to finish in the crucial moment. Human factor is unpredictable.

Also, I want to apologize to the organizers of FISSURE Special for this random default loss, and to the fans who were waiting for the game. I assure you that the team will play as a complete lineup, from the bootcamp, and fully rested.

Before that match, Parker played a bo3 series for Mosquito Clan on the same day. They lost to 1win 0:2. The game against OG lasted less than a minute of in-game time. After the start of the match, it was put on pause, and then Mosquito Clan had to forfeit. They asked the TO to allow another stand-in, RAMZES, but were denied because Parker was already a substitute. As a result, they were also issued a default loss in the second game.

FISSURE Special is a small online event with a $70k prize pool and seven invited teams. In the round robin group stage, OG has a 2-2 match record, Mosquito Clan sits on 1-3 (all matches with Parker). They will play the next match against L1ga Team tomorrow, April 8, at 16:00 CET.
