Russian player Roman "RAMZES" Kushnarev named the strongest offlaners in patch 7.38b for Dota 2. He highlighted only a few heroes but praised the current meta anyway. RAMZES shared his thoughts on stream.
The most imbalanced offlaners are Magnus and Abaddon. Terrorblade, I think, is a good position 3 hero, as well as Faceless Void. Flexible heroes are ideal. I would destroy everyone. The meta is great, I can play every hero.
Earlier, RAMZES teased his future team. The offlaner plans to come back and participate in qualifiers for the biggest events. He revealed that he would be the only player from EEU on the lineup. More details will probably follow soon.
On March 15, Parivision carry Alan "Satanic" Gallyamov compiled a tier list of the best position 1 heroes in patch 7.38b. Terrorblade, Lifestealer, and Slark made it to the S tier. The player also highlighted Ursa even though he never picked the character this patch. You can read about it below.
