Tundra Esports carry Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov shared his thoughts after winning FISSURE Playground 1 — Dota. He credited Team Falcons and suggested they were tired and started falling apart after the third game. The long tech pause could also affect their performance. Dyrachyo shared this in a brief post-event video on KD ALL IN YouTube.
It's cool that we won. It was clear that Team Falcons floundered. They were still trying in the third, but they started losing their grip in the fourth and fifth games. <...>
I think the guys were tired. There was also that long pause. Saksa's sound didn't work, and bzm had Windows deactivated, he was like, "What the f**k is this shit?" They had to activate Windows. It was easy to see they were tired. I think Team Falcons deserved to win, definitely. <...>
I'm happy we won. When we were losing, MoonMeander and 33 gave a decent speech. Everyone tried their best. The third map was really difficult, I had to talk a lot. It was such a fuss, I realised that I needed Radiance, 33 needed Bloodstone, so I called for those upgrades.
Bzm won us the fifth game solo. I was on Morphling, as we didn't know what to pick. We thought about Spectre but picked Morphling just to not lose the lane against Bristleback.
This was the debut LAN tournament as part of Tundra Esports for dyrachyo and Bzm. After a three-month break, both returned to the pro scene around New Year. When asked how he managed to get in shape after inactivity, the Russian carry joked that he needed prize money to "buy booze," hinting at recent accusations.
FISSURE Playground 1 — Dota took place from January 24 to February 2 in Belgrade, Serbia. 16 participating teams fought for a million dollars. Tundra beat Team Falcons with a score of 3:2, coming back after losing two games.
