The International 2024 group stage had no 60-minute games for first time in history

This year, teams attending The International 2024 did not have much issues finishing games in the group stage. There was not a single 60-minute game during that phase, which happened for the first time ever in history of that event.

Team Spirit and Aurora Gaming participated in the longest map of the group stage. It lasted 57 minutes and 15 seconds. Spirit won it and defeated the opponent 2:0 in the bo2.

The first game of the tiebreaker between Tundra and G2.iG was technically longer than an hour that but only due to the 40-minute pause taken because of bugs. At the same time, Tundra won the fastest clash of the group stage. They crushed G2.iG in the following game in 15 minutes and 27 seconds.

The International 2024 is hosted in Denmark from September 4 to 15. Participants are competing for at least $2.4 million. The playoff bracket will be revealed after the seeding decider on the evening of September 7. You can follow TI13 using the link below.
