Boxi's health issues seriously hurt team's chances to win. In the last three matches at Lima Major, Liquid played with a stand-in, analyst Mathis "Jabbz" Friesel. Before that, the team was unbeatable not just at this event but in 2023. Even without boxi, they 2:0'ed Talon in the lower finals.
4D Esports Lima Dota Major 2023 took place in Peru from February 22 to March 5. The prize pool of $500,000 and DPC points was shared among the best 8 teams from the 18 attending rosters.
