Fans found new easter eggs while playing the Muerta-related teaser mini-game in Dota 2. In the process, you must discover ofrendas — offerings for the death goddess — essentially letters from Dota heroes to their fallen friends or relatives. Redditor eevyern explained how to find them and compiled some examples.
There are letters from Crystal Maiden and Lina to their mother and father, respectively. They are, of course, mentioning each other. In these letters, Wraith King reminds someone that he's still not dead, Techies mourn Spoony, who died in a beautiful way (Apparently, they still don't know he's alive hiding in the barrel), and Rubick wants someone, possibly Aghanim, to die in every existing dimension.
To find the letters, you need to activate Muerta's mini-game in Dota 2. You can use our guide to it here. You don't need to start a new match every time you want to find a new letter, just don't bring them to Muerta's statue. You can continue digging for new ofrendas, and they pile up in your inventory. Here's a video on how to do it in a custom lobby.
