ESL and DreamHack revoke the debatable rule regarding coaches

ESL and DreamHack have changed the rules of DPC leagues in Europe and CIS after the scandal with coaches. Tournament organizers confirmed that they didn't consult with Valve before the update. From now coaches are only allowed to communicate with the team only until the end of the drafting phase.

Previously OG captain Johan “N0tail” Sundstein blamed Alliance for cheating. In the vlog with footage of the match against Brame coach Peter "ppd" Dager made calls during the match. Dota 2 analyst Ben "Noxville" Steenhuisen said that TO changed rules before the second season of DPC and noticed all teams from CIS and EU.
