Valve reveals when highlight charms will become marketable and tradeable in CS2

CS2 developers released a small update to the game. They confirmed that the recently introduced highlight charms would become tradeable and marketable. The update was posted on the official Steam page.

The dog tags with BLAST Austin Major 2025 highlights will be available for trade between users and for selling on Steam Market seven days after release, on Friday, July 11. You can find the date in the game by observing the charms in your inventory now.

How to sell souvenir charms and how much they cost in CS2

Charms can be obtained from souvenir packages from the Major playoff matches. To sell or exchange such an item, you must first detach it from the unboxed gun. So far, there's no information about the charms' price. There are almost 500 various highlights, so it may take some time for the community to estimate their real value. Assumingly, some clips will be worth way more than others.

BLAST Austin Major 2025 highlight charms were added with a post-event update on July 2. They allow you to see gameplay episodes from the playoffs of the tournament in your inventory or when spectating someone with such a charm on the server. Not all of them are actually highlights, as some showcase pretty common fights or even fails, while others are just funny moments, like apEX's middle finger to the crowd.
