CS2 developers released a new patch with BLAST Austin Major 2025 championship capsule with Team Vitality stickers. Valve also introduced a new feature: Weapon charms with highlights from the event. The update was released on the game's official Steam page.

BLAST AUSTIN MAJOR
- Champions Autographs Capsule is now available for purchase, congratulations to Team Vitality!
- Highlight Souvenir Packages can now be acquired for the Playoff matches.
MISC
- Added in-game lobby voice chat and voice chat during Premier Pick/Ban phase.
- Fixed bad command flows in point_servercommand entities.
- Fixed community maps not reloading correctly with "restart" command.
- Buy binds are now disabled during halftime freeze phase.
- Fixed scoreboard column text formatting in Japanese.
How to use highlight charms from BLAST Austin Major
Charms are only obtainable through souvenir packages. They can be acquired inside the game. After opening the case, you'll get a skin with a random highlight charm from the match you've chosen. They can be detached and applied to other weapons. You can play the videos from your inventory. When you click on the weapon, you will see the "View Highlight" button.
BLAST Austin Major 2025 ran from June 3 to 23 in Texas, USA. The prize pool featured $1.25 million. The format of the tournament was extended, and 32 teams competed for the title. For the first time in history, an Asian team made it to the grand final. In the deciding match, Vitality beat The MongolZ 2:1.
