Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov commented on his departure from G2 Esports. He apologized to the fans of the CS2 team and thanked the organization. The AWPer promised to keep the same passion for the game moving forward.

Earlier, G2 CEO Alban Dechelotte confirmed the transfer of m0NESY. He explained that they couldn't risk losing him for free, as his contract would expire at the end of 2025. Presumably, the AWPer showed no intention to prolong the deal. Falcons have yet to officially announce the addition of the sniper.
