Falcons CS2 player Abdul "degster" Gasanov got annoyed after a popular Russian streamer Vyacheslav "Buster" Leontyev tried to interrogate him about the m0NESY rumors. The AWPer refused to respond at first and became annoyed when the streamer didn't stop.
Buster: If m0NESY took your place, would it affect your spirit?
Degster: How do you think? Would it affect my spirit?
Buster: Yes, bro.
Degster: Does spirit affect games?
Buster: Sure.
Degster: So what do you think?
Buster: Don't be upset, bro, we are with you. GUN5 will always accept you.
Degster: Thanks, but no.
Degster left the stream but later returned to explain what made him angry. He joined Buster's stream to relax, and didn't expect to be questioned like that.
I feel extremely dissatisfied now. The question is not that it offends me. I can't understand why this was necessary. I know this is all media hype, but it is just unpleasant. I decided that I will say this and not keep it to myself. <...> I came to you to have fun and without thinking about provocative questions. <...> Many people would not ask these questions, which I expected from you as well. I do not want to take away attention from your stream, I just want to say this live. I would have messaged you personally, but you started discussing this in public.
Buster and degster resolved their argument after the stream. Falcons had to play PGL Bucharest 2025 right after the report about m0NESY's acquisition was published by neL. The team started the event with two devastating losses. As kyxsan later admitted in a post-match interview, the media rumors affected those games.
Falcons were able to overcome their issues and reach the grand final. After beating FaZe Clan in the semis, they are facing none other than G2 Esports and m0NESY. The young AWPer considers this to be an ironic situation.
