Neymar Jr. and other Brazil footballers spotted playing CS:GO at World Cup 2022 in Qatar

Five players of the Brazilian national team signed up for the largest CS:GO hub of the Middle East FACEIT called MESL. Neymar Jr, Casemiro, Gabriel Jesus, Lucas Paqueta, and Everton Ribeiro was spotted registering almost simultaneously.

The footballers are now in Qatar, ready to participate in World Cup 2022. Most likely, the players chose CS:GO to spend their spare time between training sessions and official matches.

Brazil will start playing at the World Cup on November 24th. Their first opponent will be Serbia. The match is scheduled at 20:00 CET. Switzerland and Cameroon are in the same group too.

Neymar Junior is known for his love of CS:GO. He supports local teams and sometimes celebrates his goals by imitating AWP shots using a corner flag. Just recently, Brazil hosted the top-tier event of the discipline for the first time. At IEM Rio Major 2022, their national team FURIA got into the semi-final after upsetting the event's favorites, NAVI.
