El1an shares that G2, ENCE, and Liquid invited him in the past

Former Entropiq sniper Alexey "El1an" Gusev confirmed that G2 Esports was interested in his transfer at some point in the past. He spoke about it in a short commentary to Cybersport.metaratings.

It's true, I've been invited to G2, but the organizations did not agree. M0NESY is objectively stronger and has media weight. I think it was already a 50/50 choice, and considering that I was expensive, they picked Ilya. There was interest from ENCE and Liquid, but I decided to stay in Entropiq.

On his VK page, El1an explained the reasons for leaving the team. He said it was his decision to leave as he was playing together with team leaders for way too long.

There's no surprise I left. Maybe, I should've done it earlier. Even before Melbourne, right after the RMR qualification, I messaged my teammates that I would leave.

Reasons for my decline? Bad confidence. For the last half a year or a year, it wasn't like me at all. I didn't recognize myself: distracting thoughts led to weak in-game decisions, and, because of that, everything spiraled even more.

I'm working with hooch and NickelBack since 2017. Yes, with some breaks, but still. With a former Dreameaters, I played for more than 1.5 years, and with Dart [manager] since 2016. We are simply tired of each other. The accumulated grudges clearly didn't add any confidence.

El1an wished good luck to former teammates. He plans to spend some time practicing individually to regain his shape before joining a new team. The APWer officially left Entropiq on September 15. The team replaced him with Dmytro "SENSEi" Shvorak as a temporary stand-in.
