Dev1ce is in top-6 of players on LAN since last Cologne, despite being benched for half a year

IEM Cologne 2022 will mark a year after the return of LAN events, and Nikolai "dev1ce" Reedtz is still among the best players for this period. He posts a 1.19 HLTV rating, despite being on the bench for over six months.

Dev1ce moved to NiP in early 2021 in a rumored $1 mln deal. During the LAN period with NiP, he helped the squad to win Stockholm RMR, where he grabbed his latest MVP title. At the Major, the team made it to the playoffs and later reached the final of IEM Winter 2021.

Nikolai took a break in December due to mental problems, rumored to be caused by a bad breakup with his girlfriend. As time goes by, Dane's condition remains unknown. Fans spotted him grinding FACEIT and being listed as a substitute for PGL Major Antwerp RMR. There were rumors that dev1ce may return to Astralis, but, so far, NiP didn't make any statement.
